Irish Soda Bread

4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Sugar
1 Egg
2 C Buttermilk (or add reg. milk to 2 Tbsp lemon juice to make 2 C)
2 C Reg. Raisins
2 C Golden Raisins

Mix in order given. Put into greased round layer cake pan. Cut cross (quarters) into top for bread to split on purpose. Bake at 375˚ for 1 hour. Serve with butter and/ or cream cheese.
