Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins

2 C flour
½ C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 C creamy peanut butter
½ C light corn syrup
2 eggs
1 C milk
Strawberry jam

Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. In large bowl add peanut better and syrup until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Slowly beat in milk. Add dry ingredients. Layer muffin tins 1/3 batter, 1/3 jam and top with 1/3 batter. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
