Breakfast Eggs

2 C seasoned croutons
5 eggs
½ tsp dry mustard
1 C shredded cheese
2 C milk
½ tsp onion powder
Dash pepper
6 slices bacon or sausage crumbles or 1 ½ C diced ham

Prepare and drain meat. Layer croutons and cheese then meat. Combine other ingredients and pour over top (beat eggs well). Refrigerate overnight. Bake 325 for 50-60 minutes in 9x13 pan.
