Belgian Waffles

1 ¾ cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 beaten egg yolks
1 ¾ cups milk
¼ cup oil
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Combine dry ingredients. Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Combine yolks, milk and oil, then add to dry ingredients and mix until just moist. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour batter onto waffle iron.
