Chocolate Chip- Banana- Zucchini Muffins

1 C mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
¾ C shredded zucchini
1 C sour cream (FAT FREE, of course. Plain yogurt works too.)
¼ C margarine
1 1/3 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ C semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine banana, zucchini, and sour cream. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla, and banana mixture. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to banana mixture. Stir until all is moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into muffin cups (¾ full). Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
